The Swale Forum of Holistic Practitioners Mission Statement
Our aim is to be the leading forum for holistic practitioners. To encourage the development of Complementary Therapies and best practice in the Swale & surrounding areas, by providing our membership with advice, support, resources, and opportunities to continue professional development. Exchange ideas and discuss common issues relating to the field of Holistic Complementary Health Services with authoritative leadership and direction.
This will be accomplished by:
- Providing a forum for members to meet informally to exchange information, experiences and views
- Providing a register of professional, qualified and insured practitioners
- Providing a confidential source of support & advice for our members
- Providing a programme of speakers & discussions on relevant topics
- Encouraging continuous professional development via training courses and professional certification
- Encouraging and supporting the development of a members Treatment Exchange Scheme
- Providing a website with a practitioner register for the general public and health professionals
- Actively campaign to raise awareness of the Complementary Therapies provided by the members
