I have been a Mobile Reflexologist and Aromatherapist since 1998.

Pamper Days with colleagues and friends can be arranged.  I visit offices and meeting places as well as people in their Homes.  I visit Offices where Staff can have a full (£25) or Half-hour(£12) treatment. Sometimes Management show their appreciation of their Staff and pay me directly for the day, or they invite me to come to the office regularly, allowing staff work-time for the treatment and the person pays directly for each treatment. I also visit members of the Public in their homes, sometimes singularly or groups of friends & family.

Gift Vouchers are available as lovely presents for special occasions or treats. Reflexology is a therapeutic foot massage which is given with pressure to make your whole body feel good. It can help you to relax, relieve pain, stimulate circulation, detoxify the body, speed recovery, promote healing, improve mobility and increase vitality.  

I treat people as a whole. I start by putting your feet in a warm water footbath with lavender oil and discuss your medical history and lifestyle, then I make you comfortable in my special chair, while you lie back listening to music to enjoy the Reflexology.

Our bodies are equipped with wonderful self-healing facilities, but these often fail to work properly because the vital energy pathways are blocked due to degeneration and stresses of everyday life.
