I have been trained and qualified in Remedial injury therapy, holistic massage and sports therapy. As an active participant in many sports and activities, I have picked up my fair share of injuries. This combines well with my background of anatomy and physiology at university enabling me to combine my knowledge of Remedial therapy treatment with my experience of the cause and treatment of injuries and my knowledge of the functional relationship and movement of muscles/tendons and ligaments.
