Kinesiology

I have been studying and practicing alternative therapies since 1995. I started with a course in Shiatsu with the British School of Shiatsu-do, which opened the door to my intense interest in energy medicine. I qualified in Health Kinesiology in 2002. This therapy particularly appealed to me because I see it as a powerful healing tool on it’s own, plus it is an umbrella under which all of my other knowledge can be housed, thereby allowing the client’s energy to access this knowledge during a treatment programme.

I am trained in Assemblage Point re-alignment, which is where the electromagnetic field enters the body. This point can become out of place following a trauma or a period of prolonged anxiety, for instance bullying or an abusive relationship. I find that Assemblage Point re-alignment is extremely beneficial in helping my clients to move on with their healing and their lives, especially when part of a Health Kinesiology session.

I am also Reiki attuned, which is beneficial if “hands-on” healing is required as part of the HK session.
