Many people are unwilling to try meditation because they hold misconceptions about what is involved. Here are some of the common myths about Meditation; that you have to ‘empty your mind’; that you will be ‘hypnotised’, or your mind ‘controlled’.

In addition to the guided visualisation some time is spent at each session learning how to achieve the state of focused alert mind and relaxed body. The participants are in control of their experience at all times.
