Crystal healing has been used for thousands of years, records show the Chinese using crystals 5,000 years ago and they are still used in Traditional Chinese Medicine today. Crystals interact with invisible energy waves (such as radio waves) in the atmosphere and the individual. They affect the subtle electromagnetic energy fields penetrating and surrounding the physical body, have the ability to magnify or reduce those energy patterns, and thus can work in a similar way to modern ultrasound technology. However, Crystals heal by rebalancing and realigning energies on an emotional, mental and spiritual level as well as the physical.

During a healing session the client is encouraged to relax. Crystals are then placed on or around the client, as appropriate to their needs at that time, thus the crystals used and their positioning will vary at each session.
